Pricing
Every wedding is different, so we don't publish a single price list. Here's what actually determines cost, and the four packages we build quotes from.
A single operator with one camera is the most affordable setup. Adding a second camera with live switching, or a larger crew for a longer ceremony, raises cost because it takes more people to run well.
Weddings within our local service areas (Mexico City, Querétaro, San Miguel de Allende) don't carry a travel surcharge. Destination weddings quote travel, accommodation, local transportation, and dedicated connectivity separately.
A downtown hotel with wired internet is simpler than a beach or garden venue relying on cellular signal. Venues that need backup connectivity add to the technical plan.
Isolated (ISO) camera recordings for your own wedding-film editor, extended replay hosting, and additional coverage hours are optional extras on top of a base package.
Four starting points, shaped around your ceremony, destination, and how much of the day you want captured.
For intimate ceremonies and straightforward locations.
For couples who want a polished and engaging viewing experience.
For weddings outside our local service areas.
Travel, accommodation, local transportation and dedicated connectivity are quoted separately when applicable.

Every wedding is different. The final camera count, connectivity plan, and crew size depend on your venue, schedule, and event requirements — we confirm the details together before your date is locked in.
Tell us your date, venue, and roughly how many remote guests you're expecting, and we'll recommend a package and confirm pricing based on your specific wedding — not a generic price list.
There's no single fixed price. Cost depends on camera count, crew size, travel to your venue, and connectivity needs — a single-camera local wedding costs less than a multi-camera destination wedding with travel included.
For couples with family or friends who genuinely can't attend, most feel it's worth it — it's typically far less than what travel would have cost those guests, and it's the difference between missing the day and watching it live.
Basic production is usually a single camera at a straightforward local venue. Premium production adds multiple cameras with live switching, professionally mixed audio, backup connectivity, and options like ISO camera recordings.
Tell us your date and location, and we'll recommend the simplest way to bring everyone together.
