Information we collect. When you submit a form on this site — to check date availability, gift a livestream, or inquire as a planner, venue, or videographer — we collect the details you provide, such as your name, contact information, and information about the wedding or partnership.

How we use it. We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, plan and deliver your livestream, and communicate with you about your event or partnership. We do not sell your information.

Your wedding livestream. Your wedding livestream is not public. Guests access it through a private viewing link or personalized viewing page shared by you, and that page is not indexed by search engines. Additional access controls, such as a password, may be available depending on your package. Replay access is available for a period after the ceremony; ask us about how long, or about extending it.

Recording ownership and portfolio use. The program recording and any ISO camera files are yours. We may occasionally ask permission to use limited, non-identifying material for our own portfolio — you're always free to decline, and we won't use your footage publicly without asking first.

Guest information. Any information your guests provide — for example, through an optional digital guestbook, live chat, or messages — is shared with you, the couple, and is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.
