What do remote guests need to watch?

Just an internet connection and a device — a phone, tablet, or computer. There's no app to install and no account to create; guests simply open the link at the right time.

What happens if the venue internet is unreliable?

Every venue is different. We assess connectivity in advance and recommend the appropriate primary and backup solutions for your location. We can't guarantee uninterrupted streaming under every possible condition, but we plan seriously for reliability rather than hoping for the best.

Is a recording included?

Yes. Every livestream includes a program recording, produced independently from the live internet transmission, plus a local backup recording as a safeguard.

Question 6

Who owns the recording, and how long is replay access available?

The recording is yours. Replay access through your private viewing page is available for a period after the ceremony; ask us about extending it if you'd like it available longer.

Can we receive the individual camera recordings?

Yes, isolated (ISO) camera recordings can be provided as an option for delivery to your own wedding-film editor. These are unedited source files and typically need synchronization, color correction, audio mixing, and editing before they become a finished film. Post-production is not included.

Do you edit wedding films?

No — we specialize in live production, not wedding filmmaking. We focus on producing your live broadcast well; if you want a wedding film, your own editor can build one from the ISO camera files we provide.

Might WatchOurWedding.live use our footage publicly?

Accepted Answer

We may occasionally ask permission to use limited, non-identifying material for our own portfolio. You're always free to opt out, and we don't use your footage publicly without asking first.

How is guest information handled?

Any information guests provide — for example, through an optional digital guestbook — is shared with you, the couple, and is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.

How many cameras are used?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your package and ceremony. Essential Live uses a single camera; Signature Live and Destination Live use a two-camera setup with live switching; Custom Live scales further for longer or more complex ceremonies — all planned around your specific venue and schedule.

Can you travel to our wedding?

Yes. We're based in Mexico City, Querétaro, and San Miguel de Allende, and we travel throughout Mexico and internationally for the right date.

Are travel expenses included?

Travel, accommodation, local transportation, and dedicated connectivity are quoted separately when applicable, outside our local service areas (Mexico City, Querétaro, and San Miguel de Allende). We provide a clear quote once we know your date and venue.

Can our planner coordinate with you?

Absolutely — we regularly work directly with wedding planners and venue teams on timing, access, and technical requirements, so you don't have to be the go-between.

How far in advance should we reserve?

As soon as you have a date and venue. Popular dates and destination weddings benefit from earlier planning, especially if travel or a venue technical visit is involved.

Can someone purchase this as a gift?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Parents, grandparents, siblings, or friends can gift a livestream so that everyone can be there. Final coordination still requires the couple's or their planner's approval.
